The Em Rex Cover – Monitored – WP is the same as the standard Em Cover unit except that it provides additional protection against dust and water ingress. The Em Cover – WP is designed to withstand splashes and sprays but is not designed for submersion or exposure to high-pressure water streams._x000d_

The Em Rex Cover – Monitored – WP is designed to be installed with either the Em Rex – WP or Smart Em Rex – WP units (purchased separately) as a physical barrier to deter unintended / malicious activation of the unit when it is installed in a public area. It is fitted with an EVA gasket to provide a weather protection seal for use in more exposed environments
